How long will it take to complete my print order?
Most print orders are completed within one business day, or faster, depending on the print sizes and quantities in your order. We ship most orders within one day, or if you are picking your order up at our lab, you'll get an email letting you know when your prints are ready for pickup.
How long will it take to complete my film processing order?
For mail-in film processing order please check our current turn-around times.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on the size of your order, but typically start at $6.99 for standard shipping. If you need your prints faster, we also offer Priority Mail (2-3 days) and Express Mail (1-2 days). We can also ship your film processing order using UPS or FedEx if you prefer.

How can I add a personalized name imprint to my wallet size photos?
After you select the print sizes and quantities that you would like, simply tell us in the 'Special Instructions' box that you want your student's name printed on the wallets. We'll add the $5 charge to your order total when we charge your credit card. If you have already begun checking out, you'll see the 'Special instructions' box again at the end of the checkout process, at the 'Review and Submit' step. How to order photo prints online with mixed finishes in the same order:
If you want to order prints with mixed finishes (matte, glossy, metallic etc.) in the same order you will need to select 'All' under the product list drop-down tab on the print ordering page. When you set the product list to ALL you can order mixed print finishes within the same order.
What size are wallet size photos?
Our wallet size photos are 2.5x3.5" - Standard full size wallet photos, not the smaller 'mini' wallet photos. You can learn more about our wallet size photos with die-cut round corners here.
What are the different paper types available?
Learn more about our photo paper options. We make prints on a wide variety of the finest quality papers from Fuji, Hahnemuhle, Moab and Epson.
What are the print sizes and prices that I can order?

Can I drop off and pickup orders at your lab?
Sure! We are happy to help walk-in customers in our lobby, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm.
How do I send film in for processing?
First you'll need to download an order form: Get a mail order form here. Then complete the order form and send it to us along with your film - we will complete your order and send it back. You can choose to pay using PayPal, or you can fill out your credit or debit card info on the order form.
Do I need a mailer or an order form?
We don't supply mailers, so you can send us your film in any kind of package you like, just make sure it is securely closed, along with your order form. You can download your order form here..
How can I pay for my film processing order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal. You can enter your credit card payment information on the order form or choose the PayPal option. If you select PayPal we will email an invoice through PayPal which you can then pay online. Once your order has been paid we destroy your payment information - we do not retain your payment information.
How do I pay for my order using PayPal?
Once your order is complete we will email the PayPal invoice to you. Then, you'll click on the link in the email to view and pay your bill online using PayPal.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
If you don't have a PayPal account, that's just fine - you can checkout online as a guest with your credit or debit card, without creating an account.
