Returns and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be happy with your prints!
If for any reason you are not happy with your prints please let us know, and if possible, we'll remake them.  Remakes are always no charge, provided that the prints are unsatisfactory due to an error on our part.  But, we are always happy to work to make your prints perfect.

If we can't remake your prints to your satisfaction, you may return them for a refund.

For returns, please follow the guidelines below:

• Contact us as to arrange for the return of your prints.  If you are exchanging your prints for remakes, we will pay the shipping charges to get the new prints to you.  If you are returning prints for a full refund, then the return shipping charges will be your responsibility.

• Returns or exchanges for remakes must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• We do not guarantee the quality of your photography, only the quality of our prints.

• Remakes will be ready and/or shipped out within one day of receiving the defective prints.

• Refunds will be made within one business day of receiving defective prints returned for a refund.

• To arrange a refund or exchange please contact us at 1-888-562-7970 so that we can process your refund or exchange smoothly and quickly.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges on film unless the package is in original condition,  has not been opened, and is accompanied by a receipt. Film can only be returned within 7 days of purchase.
